Over the last few days, Tizen smartphone users have had some regular problems with the WhatsApp messaging app, but now there has been a system-wide fault that has made WhatsApp unusable for them. When Samsung Z1, Z2, Z3, and Z4 users launch the App they faced an error message stating "Your device date is inaccurate! Adjust your clock and try again". Although people have tried re-entering the correct the date and time, which in most cases is already correct, but the problem still persists.
Even though the date and time in your phone might be correct, you are still going to experience this problem. A workaround/fix for this problem is to set the date for one day earlier i.e. set the date as 2nd July when today is the 3rd July. Once you have entered this then the messaging app will work. Although users have reported that they are unable to download images or videos with this fix, but at least they can check the messages.
Some users have reported that they have been asked to update the app from the Tizen Store, but no such update exists at this moment. This may be due to a glitch between an expected WhatsApp update and the relevant servers.
At this moment the Tizen Store does not have any video calling app and Tizen users are hoping this comes to whatsApp soon. Additional WhatsApp features which are available on Android and iOS at the moment are not available on the Tizen version.
If the "Automatic date & time" and "Automatic time zone" features are off, please toggle it on. If this is "on" but your Google Play Store is still not working then you should manually set up the date and time. Turn Automatic date and time feature off. Then start by manually entering the date and time as accurately as possible.
If you found some other workaround for this issue. Please comment it below for other Users.
